Refund policy
Store credit will be offered for all eligible returns. All returns must be submitted within 7 days of the delivered date and items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and odor free to be eligible. Original tags must be attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will be subject to denial. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. We have to use the shoe box to resell the item, so PLEASE do not ship it back in the shoe box only. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
Honey & Holley is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with USPS if you think your package is lost.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please email honeyandholley@gmail.com with an order number and photos of the damage and we will do our best to make it right!
